Measuring instrument
TE 1600 is a portable measuring instrument made to measure the existing welding parameters in the field of resistance welding.
- Measures both direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC).
- Measures the rms value of the welding current (RMS)
- Measures welding time in resolution of 1/2 periods (AC mode) and welding time in mS resolution (DC mode).
- Measures the peak current value (PEAK).
- Measures the electrical ignition angle in degrees.
- Measurement of impulse welding.
- Several different measurement ranges for measuring current: 2 kA, 20 kA, 200 kA.
- Measures maximum electrode force and electrode force at the beginning and end of the welding time.
- Stores the last 10 measured values.
- Stores the last measured values during automatic shutdown.
- BNC output for displaying waveforms on an oscilloscope.
- Etc.
